Britney Spears’ former self- styled manager Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley, who has presented himself as Spears’ lawyer, are ordered to stay away from the pop star for three years. This order is issued by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb – reports Reuters.

Sam Lutfi and Jon Eardley were also told to stay at least 100 yards away from Britney Spears, her family and her homes. They were ordered the same earlier and it’s extended for three more years. The court made this decision after Spears was hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation last year.

Britney’s father Jamie Spears says his control over his daughter’s affairs is needed to launch Britney’s ongoing “Circus” tour. But Sam Lutfi and Jon Eardley continually bothering the 27-year-old singer, and that Eardley filed legal motions on her behalf even though he did not officially represent her. That’s why Spears took legal action and have the decision of the court on her favor.
